I’ve been using CoconutBattery since April 2008, but yet I just found out that this application provide additional information, including the age of my MacBook. However, I’m not sure if this is actually the age of the laptop instead of the battery.
I use this application to check the life cycle of MacBook battery in which actually can be taken from System Profiler of MacBook (Apple Menu > About This Mac > More Info > Power). But the System Profiler is lack of “Original Battery Capacity” information, as indicator of battery health.
