BlackBerry is the King, in Indonesia. via @budip

BlackBerry is king… in Indonesia, anyway. It’s hard to go anywhere in Jakarta, the nation’s busy capital, without seeing someone using one of these ubiquitous smart phones.

Excerpt from CNN.com.

IMHO, it won’t last long. Most of new BlackBerry users in Indonesia, based on my experience, are actually looking for cheap access to social networking site such as facebook and twitter. If they have alternatives of cheap mobile phone that enable them to access facebook and twitter with a relatively cheap internet access cost then BlackBerry will have to give away its crown.
