Texting while driving not just a teen issue

The report from Pew’s Internet and American Life Project found that 27% of adults text while driving –- essentially the same amount of teens who said they do so in another Pew study conducted late last year. But when you measure both sending and reading texts, adults are worse offenders by a margin of 47% to 34%

5 recent major accident (including fatal accident) in Indonesia’s mining industry is caused by combination of texting and making a phone call while driving. Due to this matter, we are conducting a campaign of “No Dialing and No Texting while Driving” through out mining operation to reduce the potential risk in the hope to increase the safety awareness, not just for the driver but to passenger as well.
